Quick service and friendly staff.

This place has poor service,they put extremely to much mustard and ketchup on my burger so much that when I pulled it out of the wrapper the toppings went all over my $180 rock revivals and my note 9. Will never eat there again. Oh and my God $3 for a large coke that's ridiculous when I can go to any McDonald's or gas station and get one for a buck.. isn't it bad enough that there icecream cups have gotten so small that's a slap in the face.. I say everyone should stop using dairy queen..

This D Q was just remodeled looks great inside & out. Food & service was great.

Poor service, rude staff, and locks doors before close.

The wait time at the Columbia Dairy Queen drive thru is exceptionally long. It will take at least 15 minutes to receive your order, even if you are the only one in line. You may consider driving to Redbud, it’s faster than the employees at Columbia.

AC was broke. So hot in the building they couldn't serve a drive through ice cream cone. Major ice cream spill in the kitchen floor. Employees in flip flops. Next time I'll drive to Caseyville

20 minutes in drive thru line, out of the blizzard flavor I requested and didn't have any long spoons. Friday night, seriously people get it together, I will be making the extra 6 mile trip to Waterloo from now on. Beyond insulting to let someone sit at the speaker for 8 minutes to make the food out times better.

Staff needed to be less concerned with flirting with each other and more concerned with waiting on the patrons. They also needed to clean the front lobby area as well as restock Lids napkins ketchup containers Etc. Wile when I am I party of five others came into the restaurant there were only four other people already sitting at tables and eating it still took 5 minutes to be waited on as the staff was all back in the kitchen area and you could tell they were not discussing work it was pure flirtation between the male and female staff members. There certainly needs to be much better management in place at this restaurant

The Summer Berry Cake Cupfection is delicious! I had no idea what it was but the gentleman explained it perfectly. It's vanilla cake, mixed summer berries, vanilla ice cream, chocolate shavings and whipped cream. What's not to love? The cake inside even has frosting!

Ever since the reopening this place is great! Customer service is incredible and your food comes out quickly!

I've loved Dairy Queen's ever since I worked for the one in Freeburg, IL 17 years ago :-)

As of February 2020, this location is under new management and has had a remodel. The food and service is WAYYYYYY better and the place looks great. Glad to have DQ back in town.

Feel bad leaving a bad review but holy cow, someone needs to take better care of this place. I feel like I should just drive to the window pay Without ordering cause no matter what I order they just give what ever they make. I would say 1 out of 10 times the order is correct. Shouldn’t complain too much as I have never worked in the food industry. But how hard can it be to fill orders correctly?

Good food but employees need to shut up about their personal drama while customers are eating in.

Hot and delicious food

Ordered Oreo hot cocoa blizzards- our favorite from OTHER Dairy Queen’s... they barely put any chocolate in them, no whipped cream, and had the tops smashed down with standard blizzard tops. Two young males and young female working. They couldn’t have cared less about providing quality service. Disgrace! This is not the first time we have been disappointed in their service.

waited 30 minutes to get 1 blizzard, this place is never clean and some of the staff is rude very very slow. 100% do not recommend going to this dairy queen i most definitely recommend Waterloo dairy queen.

I wish I could live here.

Waited 45 min to get two 4 piece chicken strip baskets. Had kids working throwing food over the counter at their friends eating there. I have no issues with kids running the show but you might want to get a "responsible" adult in there to make things go as expected! I will not be back!

The new owner and management have completely turned this establishment around. Great customer service. Food Quality was fresh . Clean and well organized. To top it off they have cherry dip cones back!

This place sucks I don’t recommend going here the service is bad and every time I go here I get a blizzard and it’s watery. This started happening about a year ago and they said the ice cream machine was broke but there’s no way that the ice cream machine was broke for almost a year. This place is really bad.

Newly designed and re-opened. Service was excellent craftmanship and burger and salad were fresh.

I love Dairy Queen Dairy Queen is one of the Hallmarks of this nation they were there in my youth when I grow up in the 60s and 70s still around and I'm so thankful for that cuz it's a touch of my youth but I can regain the memories there and still experience even though I'm in my 50s. I enjoy hair products they're down home American establishment but there's no way I would ever deny not wanting to go Dairy Queen it's a part of me and I'm a part of them. You're the best.

Everyone! This DQ is currently closed for amazing renovations! DQ Columbia is making this your DQ even better! Leave all the bad reviews behind and try to rethink about this DQ. New store owners, and a new look? Yep. Hopefully it'll be amazing!

Got food poisoning since eating here after the renovation. Save your money.

Not ever a pleasant experience at this DQ. My family and I keep giving it a try, because we LOVE Dairy Queen but I'm always disappointed. Inside is dirty, drive thru takes forever, staff is just meh, blah blah blah..my point is this is not Dairy Queen, they need new owners!!
